Title: Exporting to MDB
Post by: ednigma on October 10, 2004, 01:55:15 PM
Hello,
I am trying to export a downloaded group, but it doesn't seem to work. When I click "Export to Folder", I get a message saying something like "Error during creating Jet Workspace - Error information: There is no valid bookmark", whereafter the export window opens.

I can choose a destination file, and select the group to export. However, the export button remains greyed, no matter what options I select. Any suggestions?

In the PG Offline folder, there is an MDB file of approx. 100 MB called ygroups.mdb - can I use this file, if the export option won't work?

The ygroups.mdb file is your working database. You can't use it to export.

This sounds like your database is corrupted which can happen if you lose power or your system crashes while PGO is running.

I would recommend doing a Compact & Repair in Access 2000. Choose Tools--> Database Utilities--> Compact & Repair Database.

It would be wise to make a backup copy of your ygroups.mdb database first.

Cheers,

Wilson.
