PG Offline

Title: Not exist message

The program was working fine then it shut down and encountered and error.. I restarted the computer and now i get message # not exist... and I checked the archives and the messages are there.

 Any suggestions?

P.s. the Registration worked like a charm

Alex,

Something funny is happening with that. We are investigating it.

Which download method are you using? If you're using the old method, switch to Message Caching.

If you've got time, can you do a test for me?

Try right clicking on the group & choose Find Missing Messages. CHoose Check from the dialog then Get Missing & No for save report.

What happens? Does it find the messages?

No it does not find them...... just  tells me they are missing. am trying the other method of downloading...and still no results. just tried it

What group & which message numbers are you seeing as missing ?

Mindmastery-essential skills is the group that it started with....now it is all of them.... And for some reason the program has been stopping and telling me it needs to close. I close it and restart and still it needs to close.  I have no Idea what is going on?

I've applied to join Mindmastery but I suspect this problem is unique to your setup. Especially this starting & stoping thing. I'm pretty sure I had this happen to me a while ago. Basically the program starts, looks around for something, can't find it & stops. I'll have a hunt around to see if I can find any email on the subject.

Have you changed anything about your system recently just before PGO stopped working? Have you installed PGO in its default folder?

Can you send me a screen shot of it when it asks you to close it?
