Title: No files downloaded, but messages and attacments work

I've successfully used PG Offline to download messages and attachments for my Yahoo Group.

The Y! Group I am downloading has hundred of files under the Files tab. However, no files are downloaded or even mentioned in the log.

I am a YG user, not a moderator or owner.

Any ideas? Using PG Online 4.0.897.

Have you manually clicked the Files -> List -> Download buttons? The files/photos/links are downloaded separately from the message archive and attachments, and it's not automatic.

Files and Photos downloading is not automatic.

You have to select a group and then the Photos or Files button.

I have to say that I'm not having much luck at them moment

Its really flakey. Sometimes it works, other times it says "You have no permissions".

These are all groups I am a member of.

Thank you, Max and Wilson. Followed your instructions: Group > Download Files. I was able to download over 1,000 files, about (300MB) in about 45 minutes from YG.

I totally missed that file and photo downloading is not automatic and done as part of message downloading. :-[
