Title: PGO cannot connect to the internet message

I've been getting this message for about a week now. I see it was a problem a while back. I've checked my firewall and PGO is allowed through, but even with the firewall turned off, it still won't connect. I'm using ver. 4.0.902

For a Firewall, I'm using the Windows one and for an antivirus I'm using Webroot.

Can you whitelist PGO in your anti-virus / firewall programs?
