1. Move database should move all Attachments, Files, Links and Photos as well as correct references to Attachments in messages.
2. Correct the MySQL export template and change BLOB to MEDIUMBLOB.
3. Correct the MySQL export template and add a semicolon to USE `PGO` because it is required.
4. Add consideration for backslashes that may appear in a Subject and must be escaped.
If you have not been affected by this issue then you do not need this update.
