I updated to version 4.0.869 and when I try to download messages, it gives me error - Value can not be null, Parameter Name: Source.
Any help will be appreciated. Many Thanks!
Hi,
That's a new and interesting error...
Can you send me a full screen shot of your screen when you get this error.
Which operating system do you have?
Cheers,
Wilson.
Can you login to Yahoo and check that two-factor authentication is switched off?

Thanks,

I logged in yahoo and it asked me to change the password. I launched PG Offline again with the new password but it now gives me another error -
Yahoo's login page is not available. The request sent to https://login.yahoo.com/config/login?.src=fpctx&.intl=&.done=https%3A%2F%2Fgroups.yahoo.com%2F returned the following response NotFound.

When I logged in my yahoo account, the 2 form authentication is switched off and "allow apps using less secure login" is on. I guess these settings are correct?
You will see this error:
https://login.yahoo.com/config/login?.src=fpctx&.intl=&.done=https%3A%2F%2Fgroups.yahoo.com%2F returned the following response NotFound.
If you have two factor authentication switched on OR you have the incorrect user & pwd.
I will PM you a set of test credentials to try out.
Cheers,
Wilson.
i checked my username and password and the settings. Everything is what it should be. I tried the username and password you sent but still no luck. I guess since the group is restricted to members only, your username and password won't work.
Hi Court,
OK, so another user has had this error and he has a solution:
>I seem to have solved the problem. When I was going to Yahoo's web
>page it kept requesting I change my password. Possibly because of the
>500,000 passwords that were stolen. So I changed my password and also
>checked to make sure the secondary password security was turned off.
>Either one or both of these seem to have fixed the problem. The
>hassle was it forced me to go to every group in PGO and change the
>password which I was too lazy to want to do. So far everytime I have
>tested it is now working. Will let you know if this changes.

So, good news... you can fix this by updating your Yahoo password.
Bad news... you will need to update all the passwords in all your groups in PGO.
Right click on the groupname and choose Group Settings--> Group Logon and change the pwd there.
Cheers,
Wilson.
I downloaded ver 871 and it is working. No issues in connecting, logging in and downloading messages. Many thanks.
