The Dec 14 deadline has passed... and we don't have access to Group info online. But if I login using PG Offline, could I still download my data (messages, photos, files)?
"asking for a friend"
Sorry no.
The Yahoo group service is, AFAIK, no longer available.
Cheers,
Wilson.

Not in PG Offline, but you can still try and do the "Get My Data" thing from Yahoo themselves. Not the greatest but it seemed to grab some of the stuff that I ran out of time to do. It's in mbox format.
"It's in mbox format."
Which you can import into PGO.

I tried doing that but all I got were errors for some reason. Might be related to the attachments path being needed by PG Offline.
I think MBOX import might not be as robust as it could be.
I don't think it likes posts which contain HTML in the message body.
Yeah... I think it needs more work.
Cheers,
Wilson.
Can someone recommend a free tool to merge several MBOX files?
Any decent text editor? Textpad, Notepad++
There's nothing mysterious about them. They're just text files.
Cheers,
Wilson.
We don't have an mbox merge suggestion, but someone wrote a tutorial on how to view mbox files using Sylpheed. Thunderbird can also import mbox after you install a plugin.

Thanks!
