How to create a .pg4 file for others to import?

I had a colleague who wanted to get my archive of this group (one among many which I have in my copy of PG Offline).

I had made archives (.pg4 files) of two other forums  previously (I know I did as I still have zip files showing the .pg4 file) to share with other colleagues.

But going back into the software, I can not recall how I'd done that.  I've checked the FAQ and the forum, looking for "archive", "create archive" and even just ".pg4" and only find info on importing the archive, not how to create it. Am I missing something?

There is the "Export" feature, but that doesn't give any obvious way to create a .pg4 file for someone to import.

I know it's possible, but I'm really scratching my head on how I'd done this before.

Many thanks if you can point me in the right direction.
