I have a 90% database full message.
After reading i saw that there is a 2Gb limit, is that true???

I have no problem in creating several databases
with groups with similar topics. But..
i don't want to download all the messages again so can i
transfer groups between databases?

You can create a new Database with File--> New Database. Then you can export (File--> Export to Folder) some of your groups & import (File--> Import from Folder) them to the new database. Then delete them from the old database. That way your groups are now split over two databases. Now do a File--> Compact Database on the original database to recover the space.

The sneaky way to do this is to go into the folder C:\Program Files\PG Offline and make a copy of ygroups.mdb in the same folder (call it overflow.mdb for example). Then go into File--> Open Database and open overflow.mdb then delete some groups from it. Now open ygroups.mdb & delete the complementary groups from that. Now do a File--> Compact Database on both databases to recover the space.

Cheers,

Wilson.
