It would be nice to have two options.

The ability to remove those annoying >>> thingies

and

Replace <br> with a line break, I belong to a lot of grups where the for some reason <br> shows up instead of a line break.

You can use the Hide and Show button to get rid of lines prefixed with >

You wouldn't ever want to delete just the > character as then you wouldn't know what was message & what was reply.
