Hi All,

This is a frequently asked question.

Files go to C:/Users/<your_user_name>/AppData/Local/PG Offline 4/Files/

Photos go to C:/Users/<your_user_name>/AppData/Local/PG Offline 4/Photos/

Attachments go to C:/Users/<your_user_name>/AppData/Local/PG Offline 4/Attachments/

Messages are stored in an SQLite database in C:/Users/<your_user_name>/AppData/Local/PG Offline 4/ygrpoups.db3

You should still be able to get to the folder by choosing File - > Open data folder.

The AppData folder is hidden by default on Windows systems. If you have not chosen to unhide system files at some point in the past, you will be unable to navigate to the AppData folder using Windows Explorer although PG Offline will still open the folder for you if you choose File - > Open data folder.

To make the folder visible in Windows Explorer follow the instructions here:

Cheers,

Wilson.
