I just found out that Yahoo now limits the number of member email exports to 1000. My group has 3000 members. If something "happens" to Yahoo, I'd like to email the members and invite them to another forum where I will upload the messages, files, photos, and links that PG archived for me. Is there any workaround to get all the member emails exported?

Is this limit affecting your PGO downloads of users emails?

I do not have admin access to a group with 1000+ members in order to test this.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Yes, when I export, I only get 1000 members emails. I've tried workarounds, but Yahoo only sends me the same 1000.

Can you send me a zip file of your group database?

To find it do File--> Open data folder

and look for a file called ygroups.db3

You might have to upload it to Dropbox or similar. I can invite you to my Dropbox account if you wish.

Cheers,

Wilson.

OK, I've done some research and this should still work.

PGO does not use the YG! export facility to download members.  It uses the management pages just like the group owner would use to manage members.

Assuming that if you page forwards in the manage members page, YG! still shows more than 1000 members then PGO will still download more than 1000 members.

Cheers,

Wilson.
